  "textContent": "I use the Send test event with Event type ‘realtime.call.incoming’ to check my systems are functional. The last few days it has been unreliable. i.e. it can take numerous attempts before it succeeds (with my application seeing no inbound HTTP events when it fails). Yet if I forward a call to the openai SIP server that gets through to my application fast and reliably.\n\nSo I am stating:\n\n**The tool to test the webhook handling is it’s self not reliable!**",
