"textContent": "Hi.\n\nIt’s been happening for months, but I see it hasn’t been resolved. I’ve never put an issue here so I can try to explain what is happening to our account.\n\nWe’re using in production our API and we already are in Tier 5 of use. We activated auto-recharge because of that use and we have put that if it goes below $20, then fill it until $100. But I have to deactivate it because it recharge it way before arriving $20 and sometimes it has been recharged twice also (I don’t know if it’s because I have 3 different projects in the same account).\n\nIt looks like if it’s recharging counting just for the last bill and not for the current balance of the account. Now I just reactivate auto-charge and I had $72, automatically it filled my account with $100. The auto-recharge system was detecting $0 but my balance was $72. Can you check it and solve it? It’s very annoying because I have to check every day manually if the threeshold has been reached.\n\nThanks in advance.",
