"textContent": "I have had a chatgpt account for my business for just under a year. I only have 2 accounts.\n\nI have been using it pretty well until today when I was locked out with no warning. It says banned.\n\nMy question to the group is this. I have read the TOS and the usage policies. There _should_ be no reason to block my account. I am currently using one account for full work stuff, and the other account for more personal stuff to keep it separated. I work in the security field. Does this happen here often?\n\nI ask because I generally advise clients etc to use chatgpt business where possible for their services. This in the face of claude having so much more publicity now. As someone in the security field, I am less likely to push them to a service that could negatively affect their business in the form of downtime so I would like to here your thoughts.\n\nI have a huge following on linkedin as well, and I do newsletters around security and AI. I guess I will have to do one about the dependency of AI and the business. I am interested in the speed of the outcome of this situation. It would be a good benchmark that either works for or against openai.\n\nIf you have any views on this, I would love to hear your thoughts. Uptime is an important metric in any service.\n\nI will drop a copy of the article here when completed if anyone is interested.\n\nRegards",
