Description of the Issue:

The ChatGPT app on Android freezes during the login process. After opening the app and reaching the login screen, the interface becomes unresponsive and does not proceed further.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the ChatGPT app on an Android device

2. Navigate to the login screen

3. Tap on the email input field or attempt to log in via Google

4. The screen freezes and becomes unresponsive

Expected Behavior:

The login screen should allow input and proceed normally after entering credentials or selecting a login method.

Actual Behavior:

The screen freezes and does not respond to touch input. Login cannot be completed.

Environment Details:

• Device: Android smartphone

• OS Version: Android 14

• Browser Chrome : Firefox (also experiencing issues there)

• Keyboard: Gboard

• Google login: Also becomes unresponsive

• Android System WebView: Updated to the latest version

• Network: Stable internet connection

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

• Updated Android System WebView

• Confirmed Gboard is functioning normally

• Attempted both email login and Google login

• Issue persists with no change

Additional Notes:

The issue occurs consistently and prevents access to the app entirely.
