Is a Codex-Free vs. Plus limits comparison possible?

I tried the Codex-Free plan today and it has a monthly limit. How does that relate to the 5-hour limit and the weekly limit on a Plus account? For example, I was able to use the Free plan for about half an hour before reaching the limit. How much more usage does the 5-hour limit on Plus provide? Is it possible to estimate this?
