Cant create tunnel despite admin account

Tunnels access required You need a role with Tunnels Read access to view tunnels. To create or edit tunnels, ask an organization admin for a role with Tunnels Manage acc prob bc my account doesnt have some priv maybe bc i havent done the bs selfie verification/surveillance but the error should tell me exactly what and not leave me guessing. usability fail
