Hello, I need suggestions.?

Hello everyone, I need some career advice. I have 3 years of experience in SEO, but I’ve been struggling with low income as the average salary for SEO professionals in Pakistan is quite low compared to other tech fields. Additionally, with the rise of AI and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SEO has become highly unpredictable. My manager recently suggested that I pivot to the Quality Assurance (QA) field. According to him, QA offers better salary packages, structured growth, and higher job security. He has even offered me a chance to prepare for a Manual QA interview within the company to make the switch. Given my 3 years of SEO background, is moving to Manual QA (with the ultimate goal of transitioning into Automation QA) a wise decision? How difficult will this pivot be, and will my SEO experience give me any leverage in QA? I would love to hear suggestions from seniors who have made similar transitions or are working in these fields. Thanks! seo feature-request
