Can not connect mobile app with Codex app MacOS

Hi there! It’s been long time since Codex mobile released, I still can connect to the Codex desktop. No mobile connection in sidebar, no popup to guide how to connect although I upgraded to the latest version both mobile and desktop. I use pro plan subscription and able to use Codex cloud long time ago, I still can do task on the cloud but not able to add the desktop device to mobile. Furthemore, the browser and computer use feature is disabled. I just see the popup “Welcome to Codex mobile” in ChatGPT app once, but nothing happened. I’m in Vietnam, just wonder doese the Codex roll it out to my country? Thanks!
