Restrore the ability to continue the thread in previous response, instead of branching in new chat every time i prefer to continue previous response instead of current response

After the 28 May update, the toggle feature to move to previous response has been removed and have been replaced with a window where we could see previous response but couldn’t continue the current thread of chat if we prefer one of previous response instead of current one. The only option left is creating a new branch chat through previous response. This feature is time consuming and often end up cluttering, instead of being a user friendly feature. The previous toggle feature was efficient and it was easy to navigate most preferred response.
