  "textContent": "Hi @mbabayev,\n\nAs far as I understand it the Help Center bot usually cannot inspect request IDs itself. I would try replying in the support chat with something very explicit, like:\n\n“Generic troubleshooting did not resolve this. This is an API/Agents SDK error with a request ID that needs backend log review. Please route this conversation to a human support agent.”\n\nThen include the request ID, timestamp/timezone, SDK version, model, minimal reproduction and logs.\n\nYou can also try by emailing them support@openai.com.",
