Sora API fails to generate videos starting May 29

Hello, I’m experiencing a problem with Sora video generation. Today, all video generation tasks stopped working. When I submit a prompt, the task is created and appears in the project, but no generation progress bar appears, no status is shown (no “Queued”, “Generating”, or “Failed”), and the task remains in the project indefinitely. I tested: * Multiple prompts, including a very simple prompt: “cat” * A completely new project * A new account * Google Chrome on PC * Safari on iPhone The issue occurs on all devices and browsers. Earlier today, I received a single “Failed” error stating that the media size did not match the required dimensions, even though the dimensions were correct. After that, new generations stopped working entirely. I also noticed network activity when submitting a generation request, which suggests that the request is being sent to the server, but the generation never starts. Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account or with the Sora generation service? Thank you.
