I can’t guarantee that will happen here, of course, but that is usually the route for account-specific bugs.\n\n* * *\n\nYour export detail is useful though: if the export contains the older files, but Library / Storage Management only shows the last five days, then the files still seem to exist account-side and the issue looks more like Library not surfacing them correctly.",
