Responses API file_search intermittently returns zero results for the same prompt

I am facing the same issue with vector search. It’s not consistently reproducible, but I’ve observed a higher number of 0-result responses during specific times. Even with the retry mechanism in place, the issue still occurs occasionally. Please let me know if this issue has been fixed.
