"textContent": "We are trying to create a private custom MCP connector in our ChatGPT Enterprise workspace for an internal demo.\n\nThe MCP server itself appears reachable and valid, but connector creation fails with the following error:\n\n“Field required: access_list”\nPOST /v2/connectors/mcp\n\nWhat is confusing is that there is currently no field in the Enterprise UI to define:\n\n * access list\n\n * visibility scope\n\n * allowed users/groups\n\n * sharing permissions\n\n\n\n\nQuestions:\n\n 1. Has anyone encountered this issue before?\n\n 2. Is there an Enterprise policy or feature flag that must be enabled for private MCP connectors?\n\n 3. Should the access_list field be configured somewhere outside the connector creation UI?\n\n 4. Is this a known limitation/bug in the current Enterprise rollout?\n\n\n\n\nWe are specifically trying to create a private/internal connector, not a public app.",
