That login flow sounds stuck in a weird loop.\n\nPlease try this from an incognito/private window: go to chatgpt.com, type your email in the Email address field, then click Continue. Don’t start with “Continue with Google/Apple/phone.” If your organization uses SSO, you should continue through the SSO flow after that.\n\nYou can also check out the article @LarisaHaster shared for more clarification: Authentication Troubleshooting FAQ\n\nUsing incognito should help clear out any existing sign-in cookies that might be forcing the wrong login method.
