"textContent": "My problem with the way ChatGPT operates its chats and subscription marketing.\n\nI’d prefer ChatGPT not to bait you with automatic Premium but limited chats, then state you’ve ran out of time with such model and then make you have to restart your entire conversation.\n\nYou’re then moved over to a ‘Free’ Model and you get about 6-7 messages deep and again get told you’ve ran out of chats with this model and you need to restart the chat again.\n\nOverall for the quality of advice or information, ChatGPT ends up giving me the most useful and practical advise but I honestly cannot be bothered with having 100’s of chats of about 20 conversations because of limited plans or limited accounts.\n\nThis is where I choose other chat bots over it because they don’t limit image uploads and they don’t limit my chat when it gets to a threshold, Just add a optional setting or setup interface that indicates the type of messaging you want to do, for most people they’ll ask a few questions and their limit will be reached and they have no issues until the next time, but for people that utilise AI a lot more for information, it’s quite annoying because while other chatbots offer better overall systems with no limitations on single chats or images, they don’t quite offer the information chatgpt does.\n\nLittle rant, but I do hope ChatGPT developers consider the idea of a setup interface or targeted setting that can change this issue because I and I assume a lot of other people don’t have a lot of patience and I think this ruins the experience.\n\nP.S - I understand they have to market ChatGPT so that more people purchase their product but it gets to a point of inconvenience where it’s so telling that they almost are trying to force you into a subscription where other AI services do not.",
