"textContent": "Thank you very much for your response and kindness.\n\nYes - I did eventually receive multiple case IDs and confirmation emails after contacting support through the official Help Center flow you recommended.\n\nThe issue ultimately expanded into several linked/escalated cases involving what now appears to possibly be an Apple authentication / account-linkage or account-status problem affecting access to a long-standing paid workspace despite the subscription remaining active through Apple billing.\n\nAfter many rounds with AI-assisted support, I finally reached a human support specialist who is currently reviewing the issue more directly.\n\nThe account/data recovery situation is still unresolved at the moment, but your suggestion to keep the issue formally tracked through the official support system is important and helpful, and what I’m doing.\n\nThank you again for taking the time to respond. This has been extremely stressful with years of projects/research tied to the affected workspace, and I’m hopeful we’ll get to the bottom of it.",
