ChatGPT falsely deactivating account and then charging customer

Exact same happened here today. I have zero idea why they suspended my account. OpenAI support are really not great. Very very unhelpful. For some reason, the guy kept going on about verification codes. I genuinely think he was confusing me with another ticket that he also had open in front of him.
