  "textContent": "Hi everyone,\n\nI’m experiencing a serious ChatGPT account and subscription issue, and I would like to know if anyone else has encountered something similar or knows how to escalate this to the correct account/billing team.\n\nI previously purchased ChatGPT Pro on the web. I have the original OpenAI purchase confirmation email/receipt, and I have already provided the subscription information privately to OpenAI Support.\n\nHowever, my account now shows as Free, and it does not function properly even as a Free account.\n\nCurrent issues:\n\n  * My ChatGPT Pro subscription no longer appears\n  * My chat history is missing on both web and mobile\n  * Free models are also unusable\n  * Changing account/personal settings returns errors\n  * “Log out all devices” also fails with an error\n  * On iPhone, Google sign-in returns a 401 error\n  * I have only used Google sign-in for this account\n\n\n\nI also compared this affected account with another normal ChatGPT account. The normal account appears to load account state correctly, while the affected account appears to have abnormal account/subscription state loading. For security reasons, I will not share tokens or sensitive session data publicly.\n\nThis does not look like a normal Free-plan issue or a simple browser/app cache problem. It looks more like an account authentication, account synchronization, or subscription-linkage issue.\n\nI have already contacted OpenAI Support and privately provided my purchase receipt, subscription ID, purchase date, payment method last four digits, login method, and screenshots of the errors. However, so far, support has mostly repeated basic troubleshooting steps such as signing out and back in, using an incognito window, checking the login method, and clearing cache. They have not provided a clear explanation or actually resolved the account/subscription issue.\n\nIt feels like I am communicating with automated template replies rather than someone who can actually investigate the account state and billing linkage.\n\nHas anyone else experienced this combination of issues?\n\n  * Pro account showing as Free\n  * Missing chat history\n  * Account/settings errors\n  * Free models unusable\n  * Mobile 401 login error\n  * Support repeatedly giving basic troubleshooting steps without resolving the subscription-linkage issue\n\n\n\nIf anyone knows how to escalate this to the correct billing/account engineering team, or whether there is another effective complaint channel, I would appreciate any advice.\n\nThanks.",
