Can not verify by phone number in Vietnam

Many thanks. I have already emailed them and currently contacting. However they respond quite slowly so I’m seeking more help/advices from the community. Also, I found out from social networks that these issues happen randomly from day to day. Hope I’ll find a solution soon. Once again, thank you for your advice.
