Unable to Delete Chat in ChatGPT

I’ve recently have been having this issue and it’s been very frustrating. I keep getting told the usual fixes (keyboard shortcut, send to archive etc) but none of them work. Keyboard shortcut still won’t delete the chat thread. I can’t send it to the archive and delete it there. It won’t even let me into the chat thread itself. Even though I made the chat, when I try to go into it, I get this message “You don’t have access to this conversation. Make sure you’re logged in to the right account, or ask the conversation owner to send you a share link.” And yes, I’m on the right account (I only have one) it’s on the right browser and everything.
