Account banned with no warning, no explanation. I´ve been a user since the GPT-3 beta

Thank you so much, really appreciate you taking the time to respond. I already sent an email to support@openai.com with all that information included. I tried opening support ticket through Help, but couldn’t get it to work. The ChatGPT-powered support chat on help.openai.com doesn’t work with my account since it’s banned, so I hit a wall there. Done everything I can… Now I think I just… wait for something to happen.
