I reported an error to the Oai Help Center, and the response category was 'Warning'

I’ve never seen warnings, red warn ings, warning emails, or suspicious access banners, but I’ve reported an error. I have never seen warnings, red warnings, warning emails, or suspicious access banners, but the response to the error report came as a ‘warning.’ I’m so embarrassed. I’m asking if there are cases where categories get twisted like this.
