Add a Conversation Capacity Gauge and Custom Warning Threshold Before Chats Become Too Long to Load or Continue

Please add a conversation length/capacity gauge inside each ChatGPT thread. Users should be able to see when a conversation is approaching its practical limit, with a warning such as “This chat is 80% full.” Ideally, there should be a preference slider allowing users to choose when they want warnings, such as 70%, 80%, 90%, or 95%. When a chat gets too long, ChatGPT should automatically offer to create a clean summary and start a new continuation thread. Even if the chat is too long to continue, it should always remain viewable as a read-only archive. Long chats are often the most valuable ones because they contain project history, decisions, files, and important context.
