  "textContent": "Hitting the same issue reported in April that was supposedly fixed.\n\nAfter “Scan Tools” succeeds, the form blocks with:\n“Each MCP tool must set readOnlyHint, openWorldHint, and destructiveHint to true or false.”\n\nAll annotations are present in my manifest (verified via MCP Inspector).
