ChatGPT Messages Disappear When Switching Between Web and Mobile Without Refreshing

Same here. I experienced this issue today (2026-05-22) with Web → mobile App → Web pattern and this is not the first time I see it. Search shows the missing part of the conversation in both mobile app and web, including a snippet. Interestingly, ChatGPT itself did not help me in confirming that this issue was real (I described in details and asked to search online). But Claude did and provided the link to this bugreport.
