⌘+ no longer increases text size in ChatGPT macOS app

I’ve noticed that for the past two weeks, ⌘+ on macOS no longer increases the text size in the ChatGPT desktop app.

Expected behavior: pressing ⌘+ should increase the app’s text size, similar to standard zoom behavior in macOS apps.

Actual behavior: nothing changes when I press ⌘+. I’ve also tried restarting the app, but the issue persists.

I’m currently using the ChatGPT macOS app, version 1.2026.118 on macOS Tahoe.

Is this a known issue, or was the keyboard shortcut changed recently?
