Add an accessible “Work Log” for interim assistant updates during long tasks

Keep interim working updates visible and easy to refer back to.

You should look for .codex directory on your machine and if you find it start poking around, I think you find the sessions directory really interesting and of value.

Also do not forget that hooks are quite useful.
