Outage: text-embedding-ada-002 503 errors

Tests made from our local machines (located in the US) have no problems. Our servers are deployed in Sydney, Australia and are still getting the following error, since about 07:26 UTC today:

Error code: 503 - {‘error’: {‘message’: ‘No available capacity was found for the model’, ‘type’: ‘invalid_request_error’, ‘param’: None, ‘code’: None}}

We switched to Azure’s text-embedding-ada-002 to get our services back online.
