Project governance skill for codex

I just published codex-project-governance-skills v0.1.0 on github: zcx369658780/codex-project-governance-skills It is a small set of reusable Codex Agent Skills for disciplined project governance workflows: read-only startup audits before editing runtime/UI slice boundaries evidence closeout without overclaiming verification dirty worktree single-topic discipline cross-layer blocker reporting The goal is not to replace project owners, architects, or product decisions. These skills are meant to help coding agents behave more safely in long-running, document-driven projects where planning, evidence, handoff, and scope control matter. v0.1.0 recommends manual skill installation. Plugin packaging is included as experimental and optional.
