Why are simple prompts flagged as violating policy?

Is there any progress on this? I have been getting this a few times a day since 5.5 released. It’s just working and then the work suddenly gets canceled halfway, with "Invalid prompt: your prompt was flagged as potentially violating our usage policy. Please try again with a different prompt: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/reasoning#advice-on-prompting "… This makes no sense at all. And it’s mostly just coding, so nothing weird there.
