  "textContent": "Welcome to the dev Community! @Adrian_Mirage\n\nFrom what you described, this sounds less like a browser/UI problem and more like how ChatGPT Business handles seat baselines.\n\nAccording to the Help Doc:\n\n  * ChatGPT Business requires a minimum of 2 seats\n  * Seat reductions usually don’t affect billing immediately and instead apply at the next renewal cycle\n  * Even if you only have 1 active user now, the billing system may still retain the previous “baseline” seat count until renewal\n\n\n\nThat said, reducing from 3-2 seats should normally still be possible. Could you please create a support ticket at help.openai.com and share the case ID here so that I can take a look at it internally and help resolve this issue asap.\n\n~Smith",
