ChatGPT Apps SDK not creating a custom app on my account

I am having the same issue (locahost->ngrok->chatgpt) with the Plus account. I can see there is an older connector in the chat, but I can not see the connector in the App section in the settings. I can not remove it, and add a new one with the same name/url.
