Realtime API SIP inbound calls failing again before webhook dispatch

Thanks for the detailed call IDs. I checked the sample calls and both show /accept returning 200, but the Realtime session then errors with Missing required parameter: 'session.type'. So these specific examples do not look like a healthy accepted session where REFER silently failed.

That said, the docs say /refer should return 200 once the REFER is relayed to the SIP provider, so a 200 with no downstream REFER would not be expected. Could you retry with the current /accept payload format and share one fresh call_id if /refer still returns 200 without transfer?
