"textContent": "Hi all,\n\nI’m posting this because I still haven’t been able to get a clear escalation path through support for case `08662481`.\n\nI’m seeing a consistent issue with newly created Skills:\n\n- the Skill appears in the ChatGPT Skills UI\n\n- it appears under `Installed` and `Created by you`\n\n- it is visible in the Skill editor with files present\n\n- but it is not available in chat/runtime or Skill Preview\n\nI’ve kept the support case tightly scoped to one example skill.\n\nWhen I try to use these, ChatGPT says it cannot see the skill in the available skill list, even though it is clearly visible in the UI.\n\nI’ve already provided support with:\n\n- HAR file\n\n- skill ZIP/package\n\n- screenshots\n\n- written responses to their checklist\n\nThe frustrating part is that I keep being asked for substantially the same information again, without a clear indication that this focused repro has actually been escalated to engineering.\n\nIn the meantime, this has materially disrupted my work. I haven’t been able to rely on ChatGPT for workflows that depend on these Skills, and I’ve had to move that work elsewhere.\n\nIf anyone from OpenAI is monitoring this, or if others have seen newly created Skills show up in the UI but not in the runtime-visible skill list, I’d appreciate any guidance.",
