I ran out of Weekly Limit But I still have my 5h limit which is now unusable

The title is pretty explanatory. I have ChatGPT Plus, and Codex is really a good partner helping me with my project. It’s not like I can’t do without him, but with him, it’s a bit easier to keep going. Help is appreciated, thank you. SS Attached.
