Usage Tier upgrade from 1 to 2 for Open AI API

Great clarification here! I would like to ask the following: I am on Tier 1 - which is limited to $100 monthly usage. If I am using Tier1 for at least 7days and by the time my usage get above $50 I can add an other $5 to my budget (to initiate the re-clarification) and I’ll be automatically and immediataly transfered to Tier 2. So my monthly limit will be immediately $500 and don’t have to wait for the next month? Sorry the dashboard is really confusing.. “The maximum usage OpenAI allows for your organization this month. You cannot configure your budget to be higher than this limit.” and a little bit below “Once the following criteria are met, you’ll automatically move to the next tier:” Thanks a lot!
