ChatGPT apps with Auth login credentials

What kind of login credentials and setup you use to provide for the reviewer? We have a pathway, which requires user to insert their email and they get a magic link sent to their email, however, we set up one email that would bypass that and using that one specific email you would be immediately taken to the app (without the magic link). Tested it, everything works. Got a rejection that they can’t log in…
