REGRESSION: Free ChatGPT accounts unable to invoke apps!

Since a recent ChatGPT update, free ChatGPT accounts are no longer able to invoke Apps even then they are mentioned explicitly. See screenshots: The only way to trigger the App is by following up with an explicit instruction to use the app: This is a big regression bug!
