ChatGPT Edu workspace cannot track Codex usage limits

Yes, this is still an issue. The codex no longer shows the usage quota (no 5-hour or weekly limit displayed), but the limit is still enforced — after using Codex for a while, it stops and returns something like “You’ve hit your usage limit. Try again at May 15th, 2026 4:20 PM.”
