Workspace Deactivated - Payment Issue

Hi @chinmayedme, that’s a rough spot, especially after already renewing the workspace and then getting locked out over 1 added seat. The Void error on the payment link definitely makes this more confusing than it should be. I’ll take over the case from here so things stay in one thread. To keep the process streamlined, please don’t send a new email to support@openai.com since that creates a separate ticket and can slow things down. Just reply directly to ticket #08747314.
