Dedicated PR handoff/review card in Codex chat UI

Hey @robeckel, I see how that can be annoying. As you mentioned, Codex doesn’t have a dedicated PR section right now, so PRs can end up living as links in the transcript. I will pass your suggestion along as product feedback to the appropriate team - if you can share what Codex surface you’re using (Codex web vs Codex app vs CLI/IDE) and an example PR flow. - Avinash
