Vector store file uploads instantly failing with generic server_error since last night (docx, pdf)

Thanks for your reply. Confirming that the problem with .csv still persist from my side. The file is ingested but failing when trying to associate it to the vector store. Pasting here some screenshots. If you cannot replicate the issue let me know the best way to share vs id and file id or anything else that will help you to investigate more. Thank you.
