Widget caching broken in both directions — static URI never refreshes, versioned URI throws "Failed to fetch template"

Hi Hritul, thanks for the detailed report. We’ve been working on improvements in this area. Widget HTML is no longer permanently snapshotted, and changes should now propagate automatically to users within a few hours. The Refresh button should also work correctly now. We weren’t able to reproduce the versioned URI / “Failed to fetch template” issue directly, but with the new automatic propagation behavior, versioning the widget URI just to force HTML refreshes should generally no longer be necessary.
