  "textContent": "Welcome to the forum!\n\nSince you can log in through Safari but not through the iOS app, this sounds specific to the app login/session flow rather than your account being completely inaccessible.\n\nA few things I’d recommend you to try, based on what Support suggested that I’d try when I had a another login issue with iOS a month back:\n\n  * make sure the ChatGPT iOS app is fully updated\n  * try switching network/Wi-Fi/mobile data\n  * disable VPN/private relay/content blockers temporarily if you use an\n  * reinstall again after restarting the phone (which you’ve already done)\n\n\n\nIf it still fails, I’d contact **OpenAI Support** through the **Help Center** and include the screenshot, iOS version, ChatGPT app version, login method used and approximate time of the failed login.\n\nhttps://help.openai.com/en\n\nIn the meantime, using ChatGPT through Safari/browser seems like the best workaround since that login still works for you.",
