Codex credits are draining while idle / not actively used

I’m experiencing the same issue, but I didn’t post about it until I saw that this thread already exists. Because I wanted to be sure about whats happening to limits. My last 1% of weekly usage limit disappeared even though I wasn’t using Codex anywhere. Also, my 5-hour limit seems to be stuck at 99%. I also noticed some limit drain after launching the Codex app for Windows, even though I didn’t enter any prompt or start any task. All I did was open the app.
