I would not update to 26.506.31421

Codex install is no longer able to navigate outside its own folder when explicitly asked, and after 26.506.31421 it can’t even seem to understand permissions. Instead of doing anything it is asked it runs through every single plug-in option in an infinite loop while demolishing the token threshold. I’ll try it on other projects after the cooldown from the one very expensive forced plug-in attempt rodeo. Reported it already and this is more of a PSA to be mindful of the update since I’ve never seen that happen before until after I installed it this morning.
