"textContent": "One thing I noticed while posting ideas is that many useful suggestions can get lost because they are in the wrong category, duplicated across topics, or not written in a way that maps clearly to a product team.\n\nMaybe the Developer Community could use an AI-assisted “idea router.”\n\nWhen someone posts a feature request or bug report, the system could analyze it and suggest:\n\n * best product/team area: Codex, API, ChatGPT, Apps SDK, Billing, Docs, Community, etc.\n\n * type: bug, feature request, UX issue, enterprise request, safety concern, docs gap\n\n * duplicate or related topics\n\n * missing information needed for triage\n\n * short internal-style summary\n\n * rough impact area: developer productivity, enterprise adoption, reliability, security, cost transparency, etc.\n\n\n\n\nThe AI would not make final decisions or replace moderators. It would act like a triage assistant that helps route high-signal ideas to the right place faster.\n\nThis could help both sides:\n\nFor users:\n\n * better chance their idea reaches the correct area\n\n * fewer duplicate posts\n\n * clearer feedback on what information is missing\n\n\n\n\nFor OpenAI/community maintainers:\n\n * cleaner signal\n\n * easier grouping of related requests\n\n * better visibility into repeated pain points\n\n * faster handoff to the relevant team\n\n\n\n\nThe goal would not be “AI judges the idea.”\nThe goal would be “AI helps structure and route the idea so humans can review it better.”",
