"textContent": "Hi @Tommy30, thank you for confirming and we know how that's incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re actively continuing long-form story threads across devices. The confusing part is that edits usually _do_ sync between desktop and mobile, so when they suddenly stop appearing correctly it definitely feels like something is off.\n\nA few things worth trying since this can sometimes be tied to caching/session sync issues:\n\n * Hard refresh the page (`Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R`) or force reload the desktop app\n * Sign out of ChatGPT and back in\n * Clear cookies/site data for `chat.openai.com`\n * Disable extensions/content blockers temporarily\n * Try an incognito/private window or different browser\n * Turn off VPNs, secure DNS, or security filters\n * Test on a different network/device\n\n\n\nIf it still keeps happening, the next useful step is collecting browser console logs + a HAR file with timestamps and sending those to support so the sync issue can be investigated properly.\n\n-Mark G.",
