"textContent": "Welcome to the forum!\n\nMy advice from seeing this would be to do exactly what the error message suggests: contact OpenAI Support and include the request ID.\n\nOpenAI Support may also respond here if they see the thread, but I think opening a support ticket would still be useful, since this involves Responses API + webhooks, repeated server errors, slow response times and many request IDs. Forum users can suggest general checks, but they cannot inspect the internal request traces.\n\nWebhook docs, in case useful:\n\ndevelopers.openai.com\n\n### Webhooks | OpenAI API\n\nWhen and if contacting Support, I’d include the request IDs, timestamps, model used, whether this only happens with webhook/background Responses, approximate failure rate and any relevant webhook logs/status codes from your side.\n\nI also checked OpenAI’s status page and currently I only see an incident listed for ChatGPT and Codex, not APIs:\n\nOpenAI Status\n\n### OpenAI Status\n\nLatest service status for OpenAI\n\nSo if this is happening repeatedly with Responses API + webhooks, I’d still recommend opening a support ticket with the request IDs so Support can trace the requests internally.",
